This is a drug with active ingredients such as brompheniramine maleate, dextromethorphan HBr, and Phenylephrine HCI. It is used to temporarily relieve upper respiratory allergies and control cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation from inhaled irritants. However, it is important to ask a doctor before using it particularly if the user has heart disease, thyroid disease, or diabetes. It is advisable not to use it in children under two or children with breathing problems without consulting a doctor. This drug can make a user drowsy or excited and drinking alcohol can worsen its effect. If its symptoms do not get better within 7 days or are accompanied by fever or cough lasts more than 7 days, comes back, or is accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache, the user should stop using it and see a doctor.
