This is a description of Betamethasone Dipropionate Cream. It is a medication used for dermatological purposes only, and not for eye use. The augmented formula inside the cream is designed to enhance the steroid's ability to penetrate the skin. It is recommended to apply the cream once or twice daily. Each gram of cream contains 0.643 mg of betamethasone dipropionate, which is equivalent to 0.5 mg betamethasone. The cream's emollient base includes carbomer homopolymer type C, ceteareth-30, chlorocresol, cyclomethicone, glyceryl oleate/propylene glycol, propylene glycol, purified water, sodium hydroxide, sorbitol, white petrolatum, and white wax. The cream is to be stored at a controlled room temperature of 20-25°C.*
