This is a drug used to relieve occasional constipation. Each softgel contains Docusate sodium 100mg, a stool softener laxative. This product should not be used if the printed seal under the cap is broken or missing. It is distributed by Perrigo, Allegan, MI 49010. You should ask a doctor before using it if you experience stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or a sudden change in bowel habits that lasts over two weeks. Also, it should not be used if you are presently taking mineral oil unless told to do so by a doctor. If you are taking any other medication, you should ask a doctor or pharmacist before using it as laxatives can affect how other drugs work. Stop use and ask a doctor if you have rectal bleeding, fail to have a bowel movement after using a laxative or need to use a laxative for more than one week. If pregnant or breastfeeding, you should consult a healthcare professional before use.*
