Medguide Ibuprofen Tablets (Medication Guide For Nonsteroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs)

Medguide Ibuprofen Tablets (Medication Guide For Nonsteroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs)
This is a medication guide for Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) used to treat pain and inflammation caused by arthritis, menstrual cramps, and other types of short-term pain. It warns that NSAIDs can cause serious side effects, including an increased risk of heart attack or stroke, bleeding, ulcers, and tears of the stomach and intestines, and liver or kidney problems. Before taking NSAIDs, the patient should tell their healthcare provider about all their medical conditions, including liver or kidney problems, high blood pressure, asthma, or pregnancy or breastfeeding plans. This guide is approved by the U.S. FDA, but aspirin is an NSAID that can cause bleeding in the brain, stomach, and intestines, and some NSAIDs for sale to the public without a prescription may be used for no more than 10 days. The guide advises calling the doctor for help with serious symptoms and not using NSAIDs for a condition other than what it is prescribed for.*
