Magnesium Citrate is an oral solution for relieving occasional constipation. It contains 1.745 g of Magnesium citrate per fluid ounce, which acts as a saline laxative. The solution should be taken as a single daily dose or in divided doses, with a recommended maximum of 10 fluid ounces in 24 hours for adults and children over 12 years old. The product comes with a cherry flavor and is dye-free and sugar-free. Before usage, it is vital to ask a doctor or pharmacist, especially if you have kidney disease, abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting or you're taking any other medication. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before using this solution with other drugs. It is advisable to stop use and contact a doctor or Poison Control Center immediately, in case of overdose, rectal bleeding, or failure to have a bowel movement after use. The solution should be stored in a temperature range between 46° and 86°F (8° and 30°C).*
