Caffeine Citrate Injection is a medication meant only for intravenous use. It contains 20mg/mL caffeine and is prepared with the addition of 10g caffeine arterious, USP. The medication also contains citric acid monohydrate, sodium citrate dihydrate, and purified water. The standard dosage is provided in the package insert. The medication is manufactured by Sun Pharmaceutical Industries and distributed by the same. It is meant for single-use and the unused portion must be discarded. The medication must be stored at a temperature between 20°C and 25°C (68°F and 77°F), but excursions of temperature are allowed between 15°C and 30°C (59°F and 85°F).*

Each mL of caffeine citrate injection contains 20 mg caffeine citrate, and is manufactured by Sun Pharmaceutical in India. It is sterile, nonpyrogenic, and preservative-free. This drug is distributed in the US by Sun Pharmaceutical, Inc. and must be stored at 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F) with excursions allowed between 15°C and 30°C (59°F and 86°F). Each 1 mL of caffeine citrate oral solution, USP (National Drug Code: 47335-290-40) contains 20 mg caffeine citrate. The solution is preservative-free and is meant for oral use. To open the solution, flip off the plastic top, carefully tear off the metal ring and remove the rubber stopper. The recommended dosage must be followed as per the package insert. Store the solution at room temperature (20° to 25°C or 68° to 77°F). Unused portions should be discarded within 15 days. The solution is manufactured by Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. in India.*
