Decitabine for Injection is a cytotoxic agent that is administered through intravenous infusion. Each drug product vial contains 50 mg decitabine, and dilution is required which can be seen in the package insert. After reconstitution, the resultant solution will have a 5 mg/mL concentration and pH of 6.7-7.3. The stability of the solution is maintained when it is stored using cold infusion fluids at 2°C to 8°C (36°F 0 46°F) for up to a maximum of 7 hours before administration. Each carton contains a single-dose vial that is sterile. Usual dosage instructions and precautions can also be found in the package insert.*
