This is a drug information leaflet that provides instructions on using a hydrocortisone cream to relieve itching and inflammation associated with minor skin irritations and rashes. It is not to be used for diaper rash or any condition without a doctor's advice. The cream should only be applied externally and not near the eyes or the rectum. The product contains inactive ingredients and should be stored between 50 and 86°F. If swallowed, contact a Poison Control center immediately. The label suggests that the product should be used by adults and children over 2 years old, and children under 12 years old should use it only under a doctor's supervision.
