This is an ophthalmic solution for eye cleansing purposes. It is a sterile preparation of purified water and is meant for external use only to relieve irritation or burning sensation in the eye by removing loose foreign materials. It is a single-use solution distributed from St. Louis, MO and made in Canada. There are no other active ingredients present in the solution. The bottle should not be touched to any surface, and once opened it should be discarded. The tamper-evident seal should be present before use, and the lot number is printed on the bottle. It should be stored at a temperature between 20°C-25°C and should not be used after its expiration date.*

The active ingredient is purified water, and the inactive ingredients are boric acid, sodium borate, and sodium chloride. The bottle has an imprinted white seal with black printing that says “TAMPER EVIDENT SEAL” for protection. The bottle is not to be reused once opened and should be discarded. This product is for external use only, and contact with eyes should be avoided to prevent contamination. If there is any change in color or cloudiness in the solution, or if there is an experience of pain or worsened conditions, medical treatment should be sought.
