Flare Control Cream for Jock Itch is a Clotrimazole antifungal cream that comes in a 0.50 oz (14g) tube. It is used for the treatment of jock itch, a common fungal infection that causes itching, burning, and irritation in the affected area. The cream must be used externally, and direct contact with the eyes should be avoided. The cream is not recommended for children under the age of two, and if there is no improvement within two weeks, a doctor should be consulted. The cream should be applied to the affected area up to four times per day for a maximum of two weeks. This cream is not intended for use on the scalp.
