Dosage & Administration
Take regularly before meals with a small amount of water. Ages 12 and older: 1 teaspoon. Ages 2-11: 1/2 teaspoon. Under age 2: Consult a doctor.

Uses: To promote skin elasticity and strengthen hair and nails.
