It is indicated as an occasional aid to soften, loosen and remove excessive earwax for adults and children over age 12. It is advised not to use this product without consulting a doctor if there is any drainage or discharge, ear pain, inflammation, or rash in the ear or if there is dizziness, injury or perforation of the eardrum. It also warns not to use it for more than 4 days unless recommended by a doctor and to avoid contact with eyes. If swallowed, medical help should be sought immediately. Its inactive ingredients include Citric Acid, Flavor, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Sodium Stannate, and Water.*
