Equate Smooth Antacid Tablets provide fast relief for upset stomach, acid indigestion, and heartburn. Each tablet contains Calcium Carbonate USP 750 mg. These tablets are available in assorted flavors. However, if you are currently taking a prescription drug, you should ask a doctor or pharmacist before use because antacids may interact with certain prescription drugs. The package has clear warnings not to take more than 10 tablets in 24 hours, not to take more than six tablets in 24 hours if pregnant, and not to use the maximum dosage for more than two weeks unless advised and supervised by a doctor. The tablets are to be chewed completely, and each tablet contains elemental calcium 300mg. Inactive ingredients include adpic acid, bsc Yelow No. 10, dexose, FDAC Blue No. 1, FDAC Red No. 40, FORC Yellow No. 6, favors, magnesium tearate, mlfodenrn, siarch, Scraose.*
