Directions:

​FOR ADULT MEN:​ 2 sprays under the tongue, 3 x per day. hold for 30 seconds before swallowing. Take for 10 days, then stop for two days, repeat this cycle. Take at least 20 minutes before or after food or drink. Consult a physician for use in children under 18 years of age.
