Sodium Fluoride F 18 Injection, USP is a diagnostic solution for intravenous use only. It comes in a 30 mL multiple-dose vial with a concentration of 10-200mCi/mL at the end of synthesis (EOS). The solution is sterile, non-pyrogenic and contains sodium fluoride in an aqueous, 0.9% sodium chloride solution. The correct dosage can be calculated from the date and time of calibration. The solution should be stored at 2-6°C with excursions permitted to 15-30°C. Its half-life is 109.7 min. The batch number, EOS date and time, activity, concentration, volume, and exp. date and time, are printed on the vial. It is a radioactive material and Rx only for diagnostic purposes.*
