NDC #49609-201-01 Ammonia N13 Injection is a sterile, non-pyrogenic diagnostic solution for intravenous use only. It comes in a multiple-dose vial with a volume of 5 mL and contains no-carrier added Ammonia N13 at an activity range of 3.75 mCi/mL to 37.5 mCi/mL at EOS*. The solution has a concentration of mCi/mL, and its calibration (EOS*) time is indicated on the vial, along with its expiration date and time. It should be stored upright in a shielded container at 25°C (77°F), and it can be used for one hour after EOS*. The solution has a half-life of 8.96 minutes and is mixed with 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection. The dosage of this solution must be calculated based on the date and time. This product is manufactured by SOFIE Co. dba SOFIE and is only available on prescription. The label carries a warning for radioactive material.*
