This is a warning label for Seeley Medical's refrigerated liquid oxygen, produced by air liquefaction. It is extremely cold, oxidizing, and reacts violently with oil, grease or combustibles. It can cause severe burns and frostbite. It is for emergency use only when administered by properly trained personnel for oxygen deficiency and resuscitation. For all other medical applications, it is available by prescription only. It should only be used with equipment cleaned for oxygen service, and kept in an upright position with adequate ventilation.
