La Roche-Posay's ANTHELIOS sunscreen offers protection against UVA and UVB rays. UVB rays cause sunburn, while UVA rays cause aging or sun allergies due to their ability to penetrate deeper into the skin. ANTHELIOS offers a 100% mineral UV filter system with a matte finish and universal tint. The product has been tested for skin tolerance, and it is water-resistant and fragrance-free. The active ingredient is 11% titanium dioxide, which is used to prevent sunburn and decrease the risk of skin cancer and early skin aging caused by the sun. Instructions include shaking well before use and reapplying the product at least every two hours.*
