Un1013 CARBON DIOXIDE USPCONTENTS LOT NUMBERCAUTION! HIGH-PRESSURE LIQUID AND GAS. CAN CAUSE RAPID SUFFOCATION. CAN INCREASE RESPIRATION AND HEART RATE , MAY CUASE NERVOUS DAMAGE MAY CAUSE FROSTBITE. MAY CAUSEDIZZINESS AND DROWSINESS. TLV: 5,000 PPM (ACGIH 2008). Avoid breathing gas. Store and use with adequate ventilation. Keep cylinder upright when in use. Donot get liquid in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. Close valve after each use; keep closed even when empty. Use with equipment rated forcylinder pressure. Cylinder temperature should not exceed 125°F (52°C). Always secure cylinder. Install cap, if provided, when not inuse. Use a backflow prevention device in any piping. Use per Praxair MSDS form P-4574 and safe practices booklets P-3499, P-14-153,and P-15-073; obtain from your local supplier. FIRST AID: IF INHALED, remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. Ifbreathing is difficult, qualified personnel may give oxygen. Call a physician. IN CASE OF FROSTBITE, obtain medical treatment immediately.WARNING!
