PattersonĀ® 60-Second Foam Fluoride (APF*) Topical Fluoride Solution is a grape-flavored foam that contains 1.23% fluoride ions (pH 3.5). It is manufactured by Patterson Dental Supply Inc. and is used topically for the prevention of dental caries. Shake well before use, and hold the can upside down to dispense. Insert the trays into the mouth after applying the foam to the tooth surface, and have the patient sit for up to 4 minutes. Do not rinse or drink anything within 30 minutes of treatment. This product contains purified water, heptafluoropropane, sodium fluoride, and various other ingredients that may cause adverse reactions in some individuals, and should be used with caution. Store at room temperature.*
