This is a drug facts label for Galantic Hydrocortisone Cream 1%, which provides temporary relief for minor skin irritations, itching, and rashes caused by eczema, insect bites, poison ivy, poison oak, poison sumac, soaps, detergents, cosmetics, and jewelry. The active ingredient is hydrocortisone acetate, which acts as an antipruritic. The directions for use include applying the cream up to 4 times a day for adults and children over 2 years old on the affected area, avoiding contact with eyes, and not using more than the recommended dosage. The product must be kept out of reach of children and stored at a temperature between 20°C and 25°C. If the condition worsens or symptoms persist for more than 7 days or disappear and reappear within a few days, it is recommended to consult a doctor.*
