It is flammable and should be kept away from high heat or flames. The product is not tested on animals and is designed in the USA, but made in China. It features a lot number and manufacturing/expiry dates. The directions note to wet the hands thoroughly with the product and let it dry without wiping. However, it is not recommended for use on infants or children under 6 years old.*
