Study 1 and 2 both evaluated 30 mg, 60 mg, and 90 mg doses. In study 1, the reductions in trough supine blood pressure ranged from 53/2.9 to 12.5/8.1, while in study 2, the reductions ranged from 76/3.8 to 10.2/5.8. The placebo response was subtracted from the results.*
