Hp Label (Hplabel)

Hp Label (Hplabel)
This is a warning label for compressed oxygen (USP Oxygen), produced by Air Liquefaction and distributed by Zurcare, which is a high-pressure, oxidizing gas that accelerates combustion. Smoking is prohibited in its presence, and it should be kept away from oil and grease. The cylinder should be used with equipment specifically cleaned for oxygen service and rated for cylinder pressure, and with a backflow preventative device in the piping, as well as in compliance with MSDS. The cylinder temperature should not exceed 52°C (125°F), and after each use and when empty, the valve should be closed. This oxygen should only be used in emergency cases where proper training of personnel is assured. For uninterrupted use over a longer period, monitoring its effect on the oxygen content of arterial blood is necessary.*
