NestabsOne is a prescription prenatal multivitamin with minerals and DHA taken throughout pregnancy and during the postnatal period. The softgel capsules contain important vitamins and minerals such as folate, iron, and zinc, with a daily dose of one softgel. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products can be fatal to children under six years of age. NestabsOne is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Precaution is advised for folic acid doses above 0.1mg daily, as high doses may obscure pernicious anemia. Ingestion of over 3g of omega-3 fatty acids can increase bleeding time and should be avoided in patients on anticoagulants or with a bleeding diathesis. Allergic sensitization has been reported following oral and parenteral administration of folic acid. Each package of NestabsOne includes 30 softgels for oral administration supplied in child-resistant bottles. However, it should not be used by patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. It is recommended keeping Nestabs One out of the reach of children as accidental overdose of iron-containing products can be fatal to children below six years.*
