Arthritis Relief cream from North&Star provides temporary relief from minor pains and aches of muscles and joints associated with backaches, strains, sprains, and bruises. It contains the active ingredient Menthol 1.25%, and its proprietary blend of esterified fatty acids, cety alcohol, cinnamonoil, eucalyptus oil, and wintergreen oil among others. The pain-relieving cream is paraben-free and comes in a 2 oz. package with directions for use. However, it's not supposed to be used on damaged skin and with children under 12 years without a physician's consultation. The cream should not be used continuously for more than 7 days, and in case of worsening symptoms, it's best to see a doctor.
