This is a drug facts label of a pain relieving cream with menthol as the active ingredient. The cream is intended for temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with backache, arthritis, strains, bruises, and sprains. Users are advised not to use the cream on wounds or damaged skin, avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes, and not to bandage tightly. The cream should be applied to the affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily for adults and children 12 years of age and older, and children under 12 years of age should consult a physician. The cream also contains inactive ingredients, one of which is aloe vera gel. If symptoms persist for more than 7 days, it is advised to stop use and ask a doctor.*
