alyftrek™ is a medication available in tablet form, containing vanzacaftor, tezacaftor, and deutivacaftor in varying doses of 4mg, 20mg, or 50mg per tablet. It is recommended to take the medication as directed by your pharmacist and to ensure that each dose is taken at the same time daily. It is important to consult with your pharmacy to ensure timely supply of the medication. The tablets should be stored at room temperature between 68°F (20°C) to 77°F (25°C), with excursions permitted from 59°F to 86°F (15°C to 30°C). Remember to keep the medication out of sight and reach of children. Additionally, each patient should be provided with a Medication Guide by the pharmacist.*
