CVS Health's Greaseless Pain Relieving Cream is a topical analgesic that provides temporary relief for minor arthritis as well as aches and pains associated with strains, sprains, bruises, and backache. The active ingredient is 10% Menthol. The cream should not be swallowed and should not be applied to wounds or damaged skin. It should be applied to the affected area no more than 3 to 4 times a day.
