Otc - Purpose
For the treatment and removal of common warts. The common wart is easily recognized by the rough 'cauliflower-like' appearance of the surface. For the treatment and removal of plantar warts on the bottom of the foot. The plantar wart is recognized by its location only on the bottom of the foot, its tenderness, and the interruption of the footprint pattern.
Directions
Apply a few drops to cotton swab and dab directly to wart(s) 3 times each day. If you experience irritation from use, wash area with warm soapy water before further applications and apply less product. Applying a bandage after application may be of benefit. For children under 2 years of age, consult a doctor before use.
Warnings
This product does not prevent the spread of warts. Some individuals may be sensitive to essential oils. Begin with a small drop to determine if the product causes any increased redness or irritation and discontinue use if it irritates your skin. For external use only. If accidental ingestion of more than several drops, and adverse reaction occurs, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center. Do not apply to the eyes. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Not for use on children under the age of 2 without physician direction.
Otc - Keep Out Of Reach Of Children
Keep all medicines out of the reach of children. Stop use and consult a doctor if condition worsens, or consult a doctor if symptoms show no improvement after 7 days.
Tips For Use
Wart Control Extra Strength works to help clear warts and encourage healthy skin cells to grow in its place. During the week of treatment, the wart may look like it's drying out, this will continue until the skin on the wart becomes flakey. After a couple more weeks of treatment the wart will start to flake away and become smaller. In some cases, the wart appears to get larger as the skin tissue rejects the growth until it falls off in its entirety or in a few pieces.
Apply 1-3 drops to the site of the wart and surrounding skin then gently rub the medicine in using your fingertip or a cotton swab.
Wash your hands after each application.
Note: More stubborn warts may require Wart Control Extreme Strength.
Wart Control Extra Strength is safe for use on most children over the age of three. As with any topical treatment, it is recommended that you first test the skins sensitivity by applying a small amount of product to the back of their hand before beginning a treatment regimen.
