Each 10 mEq tablet is oval-shaped and tan to yellowish in color, debossed with “5637” on one side and plain on the other. The dosage information is provided in the accompanying prescribing information. The tablets should be stored in a tight container at room temperature and kept out of reach of children. The tablets are uncoated and have "5638" imprinted on one side and plain on the other side. It is dispensed in a tight container as defined in the USP and the package insert should be dispensed with the bottle.
