This is the description of a topical solution called Lidocaine Hydrochloride. It is not meant for injection and should only be used topically. Each milliliter of the solution contains 40 mg of lidocaine hydrochloride USP. The solution also contains methylparaben and sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH. The dosage information should be referred to in the Prescribing Information. It is important to note that this solution should not be injected and should be kept away from children. The solution should be stored at a temperature between 20°C and 25°C (68°F - 77°F) according to USP Controlled Room Temperature guidelines.
