This is a description of a Colgate Anticavity Fluoride Toothpaste with a net weight of 250Z or 70g. The product contains 0.2% Sodium Fluoride and is meant to protect against cavities. The ADA Council on scientific accepts Colgate for Kids as this product is effective in helping to prevent and reduce tooth decay when used as directed. It is advised to keep it out of the reach of children under six years of age. Directions for use outline brushing and rinsing thoroughly after each meal or twice a day, as directed by a doctor or physician. For children ages two and older, a pea-sized amount is to be used and brushing should be supervised to avoid swallowing. Inactive ingredients include sorbitol, water, hydrated silica, PEG12, carrageenan gum, flavor, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium saccharin, mica, titanium dioxide, FD&C blue 1.*
