This is a description of a medication that comes in a box with two tablets. The active ingredients include acetaminophen, dextromethorphan Hr, gualfenesin, and phenylephrine HCI, which work as a pain reliever/fever reducer, cough suppressant, expectorant, and nasal decongestant, respectively. The medication can be used to temporarily relieve cough, sore throat, minor aches, pain, headaches, nasal congestion, and fever. However, there are warnings not to take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours or take with other drugs containing acetaminophen or drink alcohol while using the product. People with certain medical conditions or who are pregnant or breastfeeding should ask a doctor before use. The medication should be kept out of reach of children and prompt medical attention should be sought in case of overdose. The directions are to take no more than 8 tablets in 24 hours, and children under 12 should not use unless directed by a doctor.*
