Each tablet contains Acetaminophen 325 mg as a pain reliever and Pamabrom 25 mg as a diuretic. The warning label cautions users not to take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours, not to combine it with other acetaminophen-containing drugs, and warns of liver damage if they consume more than 3 alcoholic drinks while on the medication. The label also cautions users to talk to a doctor if they are taking blood thinning drug warfarin, are pregnant or breastfeeding, and to keep the medication out of reach of children.
