This text describes the range of symptoms experienced at different doses of a medication. It appears that at lower doses (0.5-1mg) there may be slight dryness of the nose and mouth and slowing or acceleration of the heart. At higher doses (2-5mg) there may be more extreme dryness of the mouth, along with tachycardia, mydriasis, and other symptoms. At doses of 10mg and above, the symptoms can become extremely severe and may include ataxia, disorientation, hallucinations, and coma. It is noted that a dose of 65mg or higher may be fatal.*
