NDC 0517-1825-01 is a Methocarbamol injection containing 100mg/mL of Methocarbamol, USP and Polyethylene Glycol 300, NF 0.5 mL. It can be adjusted using hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide. Prior to injection, the solution needs to be mixed with intravenous infusion fluids and should not be refrigerated. Intravenous injection is recommended at a maximum of 3mL per minute with undiluted (200mg/mb) solution. Intramuscular injection is injected undiluted not more than 5 ml in each gluteal region. The dosage must be read from the package insert and it should be stored between 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F) with excursions permitted between 15° to 30°C (59°F to 86°F).*
