Recommended Dosage:
Antisialagogue or other antivagal: 1mg dose for adults, to be repeated every 1 to 2 hours.
Organophosphorus or muscarinic mushroom poisoning: 20 to 30 minutes, a dose of 2 to 3mg is recommended.
Bradyasystolic cardiac arrest: A dose of 1mg is recommended, to be repeated every 3 to 5 minutes. The maximum total dose is 3mg.*
