This is a moisturizing hand sanitizer that kills 99.9% of germs without water. It contains 70% ethyl alcohol as an antiseptic and is used to decrease bacteria on the skin. However, this product is flammable and must be kept away from heat and flame. Users should avoid contact with eyes or broken skin. If redness or irritation persists for more than 72 hours, users should stop using it and consult a doctor. This product may also discolor fabrics, and it is harmful to wood finishes and plastics. The product contains inactive ingredients which include water, fragrance, and propylene glycol among others. May contain some harmful substances such as marines, red, yellow, and green substances.*
