This is an over-the-counter eye drop medication called "CareAll Redness Reliever," which is a generic version of Visine Original Redness Remover. The active ingredient in the medication is Tetrahydrozoline HC 0.05%, which is meant to relieve redness in the eyes due to minor eye irritations. The directions for use are to put one to two drops in the affected eye(s) up to four times daily. It is important to note that individuals with narrow-angle glaucoma should ask a doctor before using this medication. Additionally, overuse of the medication may cause more eye redness. If eye pain, changes in vision, or redness or irritation of the eye last or worsen after 72 hours of use, an individual should stop use and ask a doctor immediately.
