This is a drug fact sheet for a Sensodyne toothpaste that can help reduce sensitivity of teeth due to cold, heat, acids, and sweetness. This toothpaste can also help in the prevention of dental cavities. The product should be used by adults and children aged 12 years and above. It is recommended to brush teeth with the toothpaste at least twice in a day and not more than three times a day, or as suggested by a dentist or doctor. The product contains sodium fluoride along with inactive ingredients such as calcium carbonate, flavor, and sodium saccharin. The manufacturer of the toothpaste is GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare. The product should be kept in a cool, dry place, away from children's reach. If accidentally swallowed, more than used while brushing, the consumer should contact a Poison Control Center immediately.*
