This is a 30 mL (1 Fl. Oz.) bottle of pediatric cough medicine that contains a cough suppressant, an expectorant, and a nasal decongestant. The active ingredients include Dextromethorphan HBr (5 mg) as a cough suppressant, Guafenesin (50 mg) as an expectorant, and Phenylephrine HCI (2.5 mg) as a nasal decongestant. This medicine helps to relieve nasal congestion caused by allergies, and cough due to throat and bronchial irritation caused by the common cold. The manufacturer advises not to exceed six doses in a 24-hour period, to measure with the dosage device provided, and not to use with any other device. The medicine is safe for children aged 2 to under 6 years and comes in cherry flavor. The product is free from sugar and alcohol. If the seal is broken, do not use the medicine.
