It temporarily relieves minor aches and pains, such as headaches, menstrual cramps, and muscular aches. The tablet should not be used for more than ten days unless directed by a doctor, and the smallest effective dose should be used. Children under the age of 12 should not be given this tablet. The active ingredient may cause severe allergic reactions, especially in individuals allergic to aspirin, and may result in stomach bleeding, especially in individuals aged 60 or over. Ibuprofen should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women unless directed to do so by a doctor. It should be stored in a cool place, and away from children.*
