This is a hand sanitizer by Meineke that comes in an 8fl.oz bottle. The moisturizing formula contains Ethyl Alcohol (71%) that kills 99.9% of germs. It is recommended for repeated use when water and towel are not available. The product warns that it is only for external use and should be kept away from fire or flame. The sanitizer should not be applied around the eyes and near the mouth. In case of contact, rinse eyes with water. If redness or irritation persist for over 72 hours, stop using the product and consult a doctor. The hand sanitizer should be kept away from children and used under adult supervision. Directions for use are to pump an adequate amount on palms and rub thoroughly on both hands until it is absorbed. The product may discolor fabrics and contains glycerin, aloe barbadensis gel, carbomer, and fragrance.*
