OARS Muscle Recovery Balm is a clinical strength formula containing 5% menthol and 10% methyl salicylate along with naturally derived ingredients such as arnica, turmeric, and vitamin E. It is indicated for temporary relief of minor aches and pains associated with muscle aches, backache, strains, sprains, cramps, arthritis, and inflammation. It is for external use only and should be kept out of reach of children. The inactive ingredients include amoeba montana flower, carbomer, cetostearyl alcohol, glucosamine, and several others. The balm should not be applied to wounds or damaged skin and should not be used by children under 12 years of age with arthritis-like conditions. If the condition worsens or the symptoms persist for more than 7 days, the use of the balm should be discontinued, and a doctor should be consulted.*
