This is a drug that can be used for relief of cold and allergy symptoms in individuals 6 years and older. It contains an antihistamine (Brompheniamine makate), a nasal decongestant, and a cough suppressant (Dextrometharhan He). Additionally, the drug is alcohol-free and grape-flavored. The recommended dosage depends on the age group of the individual: adults and children over 12 should take 20 mL every 4 hours, children aged 6 to under 12 should take 10 mL every 4 hours, and children under 6 should not use it. Caution is advised when using this product alongside other nasal decongestants or stimulants. The drug may cause drowsiness, so activities such as operating machinery should be avoided.
