MAXIMUM STRENGTH vxcin-AB is a first aid antibiotic cream that can help with pain and itch relief. It comes in a handy, non-greasy pump bottle that is easy to use, and is suitable for the whole family. The cream contains neomycin sulfate, polymyxin B sulfate, and pramoxine HCI, making it an effective wound management tool. It can be used to help prevent bacterial contamination, and for the temporary relief of pain and itching in minor cuts, scrapes, and burns. However, it should not be used on deep or puncture wounds, animal bites or serious burns, and should never be used in the eyes or over large areas of the body. If the condition persists or gets worse, medical advice should be sought. The cream should be applied to clean skin, and can be covered with a sterile bandage if needed.*
