This is a Certificate of Analysis for Oxygen USP Lot #, supplied to the customer in cylinders by the vendor. The cylinders were filled following the Standard Operating Procedures for manufacturing Medical Gases, ensuring compliance with FDA's Current Good Manufacturing Practices Regulations. This certification is provided to assist the customer in ensuring compliance with 21 CFR 211,84, but does not eliminate the customer's obligation to comply with other portions of 21 GFR 210 & 211. The Oxygen USP supplied is manufactured by the Air Liquefaction Process. The certification includes the USP Specification Lot Analysis and the methodology used for the USP/NF Test for Assay, indicated with a Paramagnetic Analyzer Model #.*
