This is a drug facts label for an antifungal ointment containing Undecylenic Acid and Zinc Undecylenate. It is used to treat athlete's foot, ring worm, and jock itch. The product works by relieving itching, burning, cracking, and scaly skin between the toes. The ointment should be applied twice daily on a clean and dry affected area for 4 weeks for athlete's foot and ringworm and 2 weeks for jock itch. It is not recommended for children under two years of age or for the treatment of scalp or nail infections. If irritation occurs or there is no improvement in the condition, the doctor should be consulted. Contact with the eyes should be avoided, and the product should be kept out of reach of children.
