Bisolvine is a cough suppressant and expectorant for temporary relief of cough and congestion due to the common cold in children. It contains active ingredients such as Dextromethorphan HBr and Guaifenesin. The product helps loosen phlegm and bronchial secretions to make coughs more productive. However, if the cough persists for more than one week or is accompanied by fever, rash or persistent headache, consult a doctor. The product should not be given for persistent or chronic cough associated with asthma, or if cough is accompanied by excessive phlegm, unless directed by a doctor. Keep out of reach of children and do not exceed 6 doses in 24 hours.*
